How do I get a refund?

You are eligible to refund a class or other piece of content if it was purchased through the Starflow.com website within the last 30 days.

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please send us an e-mail to support@starflow.com with the following details:

  • Email address associated with your account
  • Name of the class you’d like to refund

We will process you request as quickly as possible.
