About Johan Jureskog
Johan Jureskog is one of Sweden’s greatest chef. A chef that is his own, a meat lover with a passion for nose-to-tail cooking that embraces the rustic style. Johan has extensive experience from star restaurants in both Sweden and France and has won several awards such as the Cooking Olympics in Erfurt 2004 and the Swedish gastronomic gold medal. Today, Johan is best known for running one of the world's best meat restaurants, AG, as well as the classic bistro Rölfs Kök. Very welcome to Johan Jureskog’s cooking class.
